Recruiting privacy notice
This independent referral service is operated by Foster Business Works. For the Wichita Spectrum opportunity, Cortney Foster reviews interest. This is separate from Spectrum’s official application system.
What this form stores
Your name, contact information, city, answers you choose to provide, contact preferences, consent and submission time. The private recruiting workspace also stores follow-up notes, screening evidence and hiring milestones entered by the recruiter. Do not submit Social Security numbers, identity documents, financial information or medical details.
How it is used
To respond about this opportunity, arrange conversations and manage the referral process. With the consent on the form, information may be shared with the named employer’s recruiting team. Submitting interest does not authorize sharing with unrelated future clients. There is no automated qualification or rejection decision.
Messages and service providers
The form records receipt on screen. Email acknowledgments and recruiter alerts are sent through Resend only when the operator has connected and enabled that service. Optional scheduling links open an external provider with its own privacy practices. Text permission is optional; this site does not send automated text messages.
Usage counts and security
The site records campaign labels and events such as page loads and form starts without advertising cookies or a persistent visitor identifier. These are approximate activity counts, not unique people. Short-lived hashed network-address buckets limit abusive requests. Hosting providers may also retain security logs under their own policies. Recruiting records are protected behind the approved operator’s sign-in.
Questions, corrections or stopping contact
Email cortney.foster@spectrum.com to correct your details, request deletion or ask us to stop contacting you. Records remain in the workspace until the operator removes them, subject to applicable retention obligations. Requests require human review; deleting a browser tab does not delete a recruiting record.
